Role description:

Operator responsibilities:
1.Working and make the same activities as other employees – hanging chickens
2.Provide and adapt people from the first days of work.
3.Coordinate people at workplace
4.Communicate with Client and DB Account Specialist orders, performers, and activities.
5.Evaluate people working performers
6.Daily checking people in line, solve problems at workplace
7.Provide safety tools
8.Supervise safety and hygiene rules at work place among team
9.Make a training for new people.
Requirements:
1.Communicative English language
2.Communicative Russian language
3.Experienced in hanging chickens
4.Experienced in supervising/coordination of employees (it will be plus, good skills are also enough)
5.Driving license
